Bus Transportation Request form for 2011-2012Free bus transportation is provided by the School District of Philadelphia for students, living more than a mile and a half away from school, in grades 1 through 6. Students in Grades 7 and 8, meeting the same requirements, are eligible for free SEPTA Transpasses. A new request must be submitted each year. File/Attachment:
