Narissa Bajjo

Narissa began teaching as an assistant at Westtown Lower School after graduating

from Central Connecticut State University with a B. A. in Spanish. While at

Westtown, she taught pre- kindergarten and kindergarten math and Spanish and

worked as a dorm parent for boarding students. After her time at Westtown, Narissa

was an associate teacher in a second grade classroom at Wilmington Friends School

before beginning her tenure at Lansdowne Friends School. There, she taught

kindergarten and later had the unique experience of teaching first and second

graders in a multi-grade classroom. Narissa is passionate about teaching and

Friends Education. She is a member of Chestnut Hill Friends Meeting and serves on

the Board of Haddonfield Friends School. She enjoys repurposing furniture and

woodworking, knitting and sewing, and gardening. Above all, she loves reading

aloud.
