Maggie Chiles

Maggie Chiles is a fourth-grade Lead Teacher and has been part of the Greene Street Friends School community since August 2002. Maggie earned her B.A. from Kenyon College and her M.A. in education from Bank Street Graduate School of Education. Before teaching at Greene Street Friends, Maggie taught second grade at Poly Prep Country Day School as well as spent some time in El Paso, Texas working with immigrants. Maggie is also the parent of two Greene Street students and loves learning more about her school through their eyes. When not teaching, Maggie enjoys doing yoga, exploring the city with her kids and husband, and taking her dog Dori for walks in the Wissahickon.
