Yvette Crawford-Griggs is a Teaching Associate at Greene Street. She attended La Salle College for Special Education. She later taught at Philadelphia School of the Deaf. In fact, Yvette has been teaching for more than 35 years! She came to Greene Street in 2000, and has been involved in the After School Program and the drama productions. She has also twice served as a faculty chaperone for the 7th grade exchange trip to Costa Rica.
Outside of Greene Street, Yvette has been the Art Director for the Miquon Day Camp. A Philadelphia native, Yvette resides in the Fox Chase section of the city with her husband and two children. In her free time you can find her reading, spending time with her sisters, and volunteering in some youth program.
