DESCRIPTION:It's time for
the...

Innisbrook
Fall Fundraiser for the

Costa
Rica Exchange Program!

What is it? A selection of gift wrap, paper supplies, gourmet goodies, and
magazine subscriptions. By ordering now using the GSFS code (106242), your purchases will support the 7th Grade Costa Rica
Exchange Program.

What can I do? Place an
order for yourself or share the catalog with your friends and family.

When? Orders can be placed from September 22 - October 13. You will be
able to pick up your orders during parent teacher conferences in November.

Why? We need your help! The 7th grade
raises a large amount of money every year so that every student – regardless of
financial circumstances – can participate in the Costa Rica trip. This effort
also helps fund the Costa Rica pen pals visit to Philadelphia in 8th
grade.

How to place
a catalog order:

1. Take orders from friends,
neighbors, colleagues and family.  Fill out an order form for each person
placing an order.  Have people make checks payable to GREENE STREET FRIENDS SCHOOL.  Do NOT collect sales tax.

2. Go to Innisbrook.com, choose “Parents and Students,” and select “Enter Catalog Orders
from your Worksheet”

3. Enter the Greene Street
code: 106242.

4. Set up your username and
password, and register your child as a seller so s/he gets credit for
sales.

5. Enter your orders online
through the EZ link.  You can do this as you go or all at
once.  Each time you go back in, you can update the order with new
items.

6. When you finish entering
your orders, you will print out a voucher with the total payment due for
everything ordered.  Submit that payment (multiple checks are fine)
with the voucher to GSFS.  Please
keep your order forms so you know who gets what when your items arrive in
November.

***Please note: GSFS earns more from catalog sales, so
we encourage you to use the catalog for yourself as well as friends and family
that live locally and send the Internet link to others.***

How to place an online order:

 1. Go to Innisbrook.com.  Choose “Parents and Students” and select “Send Emails
About Your Fundraiser.”

2. Enter the Greene Street
code: 106242.

3. Set up your username and
password, and register your child as a seller so he/she gets credit for sales.

4. We’ll send you an email
with a convenient link (including the school and seller id numbers).

5. Forward the email to your
friends and family.  They order, paying with a credit card, and their
order is mailed directly to them.

In addition
to your order, you can also sell Innisbrook products in two ways:

Catalog
Sales:  You take orders, collect payments, and
distribute your orders when you receive them in November.  No
shipping charges for buyers!  Catalog sales end on October 13th.

Internet
Orders: Buyers go
online, order, pay with a credit card, and have products shipped to them
directly.  Buyers will pay shipping.  Internet sales can
continue to be placed after the October 13th deadline.

About the Costa Rica Exchange Program

Now in its 12th year, the Costa Rica Exchange, led by Spanish
teacher Sandra Rodriguez, is a two-year program is designed to integrate
curriculum, language, science, service learning and social studies. Seventh
grade students travel to Costa Rica to experience Spanish language immersion,
gain knowledge of Costa Rican history and experience Costa Rican culture
first-hand. Eighth grade students host their pen-pals from Costa Rica for two
weeks in the fall.

Each year the seventh grade class raises funds to ensure that all
students can participate, regardless of means, and to ensure that exchange students
from Costa Rica are able to visit Philadelphia.
