Kim Kraemer first began her time at Greene Street in 1998 as the middle school math teacher. She left in 2005, and after a five year hiatus returned to fill various roles in several classrooms. She is excited to be in the role of 5th grade lead teacher; her dream job!
Kim graduated from Abington Friends. She then attended Smith College and graduated with a degree in Elementary education and an emphasis in mathematics.  She has attended a wide range post graduate courses including programs sponsored or funded by NCTM, The Klingenstein Center (Teacher’s College, Columbia University), the American Museum of Natural History, Teacher's College Reading and Writing Workshop and Friends Council, to name a few.
Kim’s connections to Greene Street run deep. Her spouse attended Greene Street and her daughter is a current student.  In her free time, Kim spends time involved with sports. She is a collegiate referee for field hockey and lacrosse. She coaches her daughter’s soccer team, and enjoys cheering from the stands at the hockey rink.
