Justin Keller

This year Justin Keller is the teaching associate in Avery's 4th-grade class. After graduating from Friends' Central School, Justin earned his double major BA in cognitive science and psychology from the University of Richmond where he worked in research labs and as a teaching fellow for intro to psychology. In undergrad, he discovered his love of Ultimate Frisbee and leading/working with athletes. He will complete his M.Ed. in Coaching Education and Athlete Development from Xavier University in November 2020. Justin has coached the University of Richmond Spidermonkeys for their past two seasons and is currently working as a coach for a local high school near Philadelphia this year in the late afternoons.
Appreciating his own experiences as a middle and high school student in a quaker institution, and having worked with college and high school-aged students and athletes, Justin eager and excited to learn to integrate quaker practices into teaching at a new grade level.
