Emmett Nyce - 1st Grade Teaching Associate

Emmett Nyce (he/him) is a teaching associate at Greene Street Friends. Emmett graduated from Dickinson College in 2023. He was introduced to Quaker education as a substitute teacher and after school assistant at Buckingham Friends School in Lahaska, PA. Previously, Emmett was a residential camp counselor in Ohio and West Virginia, and loves exploring the outdoors. Outside of school and summer camp, Emmett enjoys playing bass guitar and reading about world history. He looks forward to making connections with students and helping them get interested in learning about the wider world and its storied past.
