After School Program & Schedule
The GSFS After School Program (ASP) is a joyful, safe, and enriching space where students continue to grow, create, and connect well beyond the school day. Led and staffed by GSFS educators and community members, ASP is guided by the same Quaker values that shape the school-day experience for GSFS students. Our programming intentionally includes indoor and outdoor activities, as well as a quiet space to support homework completion. Daily outdoor time encourages movement and teamwork, while indoor time provides opportunities for creative expression, constructive play, and joyful community connections.

SCHEDULE

ASP is available from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm every day that school is in session. Clubs take place from 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm and 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

Early Dismissal

On early dismissal days, ASP runs from 11:30 am - 6:00 pm or from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, depending on dismissal time.

Full-Day

ASP offers full-day programming during GSFS closures for professional development or conferences, including morning field trips followed by curated thematic activities on campus in the afternoon. Registration is open to all students regardless of enrollment in ASP.

JUNE Camp Week

GSFS students can register for ASP Camp Week, which runs from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm during the week after the last day of school each June. These fun-filled days include creative activities, field trips, community building, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor summer fun.
