admin

Bria (bria/they/them/she/her) is the Annual Fund Manager at GSFS, joining the Development team in September 2025.

A lifelong explorer, Bria loves to build and discover new worlds. They earned a BA in Sociology/Anthropology and Art History from Swarthmore College in 2021. Their professional journey has taken them to Philadelphia, Lansing, Michigan, and New York City, where they’ve worked in museum public programming, nonprofit development, and theatrical design. Bria returned to Philadelphia full-time in the summer of 2025, drawn by their love for the city.

Raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Bria grew up in the Quaker tradition and attended Westtown School’s Quaker meeting. They cherish the opportunity to participate in Greene Street Friends School’s Meeting for Worship on Wednesdays and are deeply grateful to be part of such a vibrant and welcoming community.

Outside of work, Bria enjoys spending time with friends in nature—whether hiking, running, walking, kayaking, foraging or sitting by the river. Passionate about sustainability, they love trying new vegan restaurants, supporting local artisans and small businesses, and thrifting and antiquing. In addition to their role at GSFS, Bria is a tour guide for Mural Arts and volunteers with Books Through Bars in West Philadelphia, the Morris Arboretum in Chestnut Hill, and Allens Lane Art Center in Mount Airy. When at home, Bria can often be found watching documentaries with their adorable tortoiseshell cat, Ibiza.
