On the 29th of September, the graduating class of 2018 went on a field trip to Laurel Hill Cemetery. Their Social Studies teacher, Marty Foley, was their tour guide. Marty volunteers at the Cemetery in his free time so he knew which graves he wanted to show the 8th grade. The 8th grade saw where George Washington's nephew was buried. Marty also showed them a lot of other important people's graves that the 8th grade has studied, from 7th grade and 8th grade.
