Gabbi Deans - MS Arts Elective Teacher & ASP Staff

Gabbi (she/her), A Philadelphia native, joined the GSFS community in the fall of 2021. She attended CAPA (Creative and Performing Arts High School) and the University of the Arts, where she learned film, sculpture, painting, illustration, web design, photography, and more. She chose to pursue graphic design and graduated Cum Laude in 2020 with a BFA.
Teaching has always had a place in Gabbi's heart. She believes all art can connect, explore, and uplift the world around it, and sharing this love with her students is one of her greatest joys. Learning from her students as well as guiding them on their own creative journeys, she continues to be fascinated by the impressive skills and unique perspectives they bring to the classroom. In her free time, Gabbi loves being creative in any way possible. She also enjoys playing video games, exploring the city, attending concerts, taking photos, and reading.
