Lexa Grace (she/her) is excited to return to Greene Street Friends School this year as the 7th/8th grade Social Studies teacher. She previously served as a 4th and 6th grade teaching associate at GSFS from 2020-2021. Through this experience, Lexa found her love for teaching middle school students and using Quaker education to support her students' emotional growth.
Lexa lived in Los Angeles, California from 2021-2023. She worked as a 5th and 6th grade classroom teacher at The Waverly School. There, Lexa developed a passion for progressive education and project based learning. She uses hands-on creative experiences to support students in developing a clear understanding of history and applying it to their own experiences.
