As a culmination of their studies of Ancient Greece, each student chose from a list of gods and creatures including Zeus, Aphrodite, Hades, Hera, and Medusa.

In preparation, the 4th graders researched their assigned character and wrote a 1-2 minute speech to introduce themselves to the parents, guardians, grandparents, and 3rd grade students that visited the wax museum on Thursday morning. Students memorized their monologues and performed them in beautiful costumes that they also created. After the museum ended, students celebrated with a Greek feast!

Avery's class also performed brief snippets of their monologues for students during Friday's lower school assembly, where they were met with great applause. Congratulations to our 4th grade students on a job well done!
