Lower School Holds Final Town Meeting for the School Year

On Wednesday, representatives from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 4 gathered for the final time this school year for a Lower School Town Meeting. Clerked by 4th grader Khidir, the students reflected on the past year. They suggested things that GSFS should keep doing (recess, Chorus, the Fall Fair), things GSFS should stop doing (wasting and throwing things away, yelling instead of talking when there is a problem), and things GSFS should start doing (more community service projects, spirit week for Lower School students).

Dean of Middle School Kiri Harris also asked students to think about how they - as individuals and as members of the GSFS community - can help do these things in the coming year.
