Michi (she/her) first joined the GSFS community as a parent in 2017 when her oldest daughter was enrolled in Pre-K. In early 2021 she joined the staff as a 4th grade Teaching Associate, a role she loved. She now serves as the Development & Communications Associate, and is thrilled to take on this new role. She is most excited to work on the events that bring us all together, and build the community that has always made GSFS unique and special.
Michi is a lifelong Philadelphian, and graduate of Central High School and Temple University. The majority of her professional life has been spent focused on young people and youth development with City Year as well as the University Community Collaborative at Temple University.
She she lives in Germantown with her two daughters, both Greene Street students, and her husband. She loves to spend time with friends and family, cook and bake, and spend time outside- especially next to the ocean.
