7th Grade Students Present on Renewable Energy

In science class this year, the 7th grade learned about climate change and researched a global solution to climate change, including biofuel, carbon taxes, solar radiation management, and carbon capture and storage.

Last Friday, students presented posters and models of carbon-friendly future cities to students, teachers, and family members. Posters included pros and cons to their climate change solutions, information about how it works and who invented it, how it is being used now, and how it can be used for the future. Students also had to answer whether or not they think it is a good solution and should be invested in.
