On Friday morning many of our students participated in the "Hour of Code," a global movement introducing students to the language of computer science. Our students worked with their partners to design video game ideas, program Minecraft and Star Wars games, and understand the basics of coding.

Some activities involved iPads and computers, while other coding games were done with merely pencil and paper. Our hope is that not only will the partners all enjoy this fun activity, but perhaps some will be inspired to further pursue computer science and coding as a passion.
