Pre-Kindergarten Classes Celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday with Green Eggs and Ham

On Tuesday, both Pre-Kindergarten classes celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday with a morning of pajamas, reading, and delicious treats. Dr. Seuss's birthday was actually last week, but the celebrations were postponed due to snow.

Students brought in and shared their favorite Dr. Seuss books, worked on special crafts, and helped to crack and scramble green eggs. Popular books that students read together included Horton Hears a Who, The Lorax, and The Cat in the Hat.

Even though the students giggled when they saw the green eggs, everyone tried them and enjoyed them!
