Assessment for Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM)

Greene Street Friends School invites members of our community to participate in the Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM), created by the National Association of Independent Schools. 

This community-wide climate study is designed to assess the strengths and challenges we face as a school in creating an inclusive and just community. The outcome of this process will be a formal report and a two-year implementation plan with actionable steps for improvement.

Thank you to all members of the community who participated in the AIM survey and feedback process! The results of the survey and implementation plan will be shared this coming Fall 2023. Stay tuned!
