Please join the Parents Association on Tuesday, March 15 a 7:00pm in the Armat Street Auditorium for an informative discussion on child health and wellness with a specific focus on youth and sports. This is great for parents of students that participate in basketball, soccer, tennis, baseball, dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, football, or any other team- or individual-based physical activity.
A special panel of Greene Street Friends School parents, who are pediatric health care providers and health advocates/experts, will lead a lively dialogue about how to ensure that your child is whole physically, emotionally, and nutritionally when they participate in athletics of any kind and at any age.
The Parents Association is grateful to Dr. Matt Grady, Dr. Molly Linehan, and Rose MacDonald (a master’s in public health student with a focus on nutrition) for leading this discussion.
Free childcare will be provided for school-age children.
