Our mission is to foster authentic community and support our students, faculty, and staff through meaningful and relevant events that reflect the School’s foundation in Quaker values, including integrity and equality.
Specific objectives include:
- Cultivating a strong, vibrant community through social, cultural and educational events
- Supporting our school and our larger community through volunteer and fund-raising opportunities
- Providing a forum for collaboration between parents and school leadership
- Fostering a spirit of inclusion and a philosophy of equality consistent with the mission of the School and the underlying Quaker principles
Who are the members of the Parents and Caregivers Association? All the parents and caregivers at Greene Street Friends! We welcome and encourage you to attend Parents and Caregivers Association meetings and events. Contact us to get involved in any way that works for you and your family to help the school community grow and thrive!
If you have an interest in: supporting the arts and athletic programs at GSFS, organizing community discussions and events, fundraising, or serving as an “Admissions Ambassador” to help bring new families into the community, we could especially use your help.
